副詞が足された場合にどういう意味の違いが生じるでしょうか？

togehterは、「一緒に、ともに」という意味の副詞で、

一体感を表しています。

「～（人）と一緒に／～（もの）に加えて」

という意味で、次のように使われます。

He will go along with you to show you the factory.　工場を案内するために彼が御一緒します。

I sent a message card along with the birthday present.　プレゼントにメッセージカードを添えて送った。

このように、

along withは、寄り添っている感じを柔らかく表すことができます。

また、「～に沿って」という意味の前置詞として、

along a walkway　歩道に沿って

のように使われます。

同じ前置詞のalongsideは、

「（横に連れ添って）～と一緒に」という意味ですが、

前置詞なので、

Ｘ alongside with my dogではなく、

◯ alongside my dogとするのが正しいです。
